She possesses over 20 years of nonprofit experience that includes managing direct services, board relations, community engagement, and fundraising. Originally an East Coaster, she began her career at a small organization in Boston focused on empowering teen girls through media. Since then, Jenn has worked with organizations in San Francisco, Portland, Detroit, Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, and Princeton on developing their resources, both monetary and human. Most recently, Jenn served as Chief Development Officer at YWCA Princeton, where she successfully realized a $4.8 million capital campaign, secured seed money for mission-critical pilot programs and capacity-building projects, and led celebratory donor, event, and branding activities for the organization’s centennial anniversary. She also held the role of Board Co-President for Women In Development New Jersey. Jenn has a deep passion for philanthropy, community mobilization, and social change. She holds her BA in Sociocultural Anthropology from Boston University.
