Amy Chan is responsible for the organization鈥檚 $100 million investment portfolio and its $20 million annual budget. She also oversees 最新麻豆原创鈥檚 human resources and information technology departments. A transplant from New York City, Amy graduated with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Prior to moving to California, Amy began her career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She transitioned to other financial roles at JPMorgan Chase and Colgate-Palmolive. Most recently, Amy served as a Chief Financial Officer of Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI).

Jenn Johnston heads all fundraising and communications for 最新麻豆原创, ensuring deep, engaging relationships with donors, partners, and the wider community. Originally an East Coaster, she began her career at a small organization in Boston focused on empowering teen girls through media. Since then, Jenn has worked with organizations in San Francisco, Portland, Detroit, Philadelphia, Trenton, Camden, and Princeton on developing their resources, both monetary and human. Most recently, Jenn served as Chief Development Officer at YWCA Princeton, where she successfully realized a $4.8 million capital campaign, secured seed money for mission-critical pilot programs and capacity-building projects, and led celebratory donor, event, and branding activities for the organization’s centennial anniversary. She also recently served as Board Co-President of Women In Development New Jersey. Jenn has a deep passion for philanthropy, community mobilization, and social change. She holds her BA in Sociocultural Anthropology from Boston University.

Maria Garcia is responsible for communicating 最新麻豆原创鈥檚 grant priorities to the community and prospective grant applicants. She supports grantees in meeting their grant objectives and connects grantees with other resources to advance their project goals. Maria joined 最新麻豆原创 in February 2010 as the agency鈥檚 Grants Administrator. She possesses 20 years of nonprofit experience that includes managing direct services, board relations, community engagement, and fundraising. Maria holds a B.A. in Communication from Santa Clara University and M.A. from San Jose State University in Speech Communication.
